Carb counts

Monday I ended up around 16 carbs and Tuesday I had 28 carbs. The carb count for Tuesday was a little higher because I found some sugar free soy milk with 3 net carbs per 8 ounces and some cereal with 7 net carbs per 1/2 cup. Added one packet of Splenda for a total of 11 carbs..... Cannot do that often, but it was delicious. Can have the soy milk without the cereal I suppose.

14 min treadmill 1.15 miles
20 min elliptical 2 miles


Menu
B: 2 Sausage patties w/ cheese coffee
L: Parm, Garlic Wings w/ side salad
D: 1 chicken quesadilla w/ cheese and green onions (not very hungry)
S: Almonds

I was able to get in 52oz of water today. I have promised myself to work harder this week. I gained some ounces last week. I am blaming it on TOM. I never weigh good during my cycle. I am sluggish, do not drink enough water and I don't have the energy to workout. So this week I have...

Day 3 - Induction

Great day. Did not have too many cravings, felt pretty good all day. I noticed that I felt more energized today than I have in months. The scale was 250 again this morning. I know that the scale is bad to watch, but it gives me daily motivation....even if it is up a little bit. Call it a tool of focus.

Looking forward to another battle tomorrow.

New Start

So here I am..one again starting this program after desperatly trying Medifast, Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig...Again. Why oh why do I torture myself like this? I know that DANDR is the only plan that works for me and yet I continue to waste my money on programs that I think will work but don't for my body type.

I think there's some truth in the fact that depending on what type of blood type you have and what type of body you have, different diets work for you. I've seen alot of people be very successful on low-fat diets, etc. However, for some reason (unknown to me) they...

Weigh In was a delight today 163.8 lbs!
I averaged 2 lbs for the past two weeks. I was worried about it, but looks like my calories and TOM was definately a part of the problems.

I have reached two rewards. I get an afternoon off work for a movie and a day off work for a massage. Since I have to take off Friday and Monday due to gov't family day and holiday, I may have to wait to schedule these, but I should be able to work them in next week.

15Jan08: 178 lbs
22Jan08: 171.4 lbs
29Jan08: 167.8 lbs
12Feb08: 163.8
