Thursday - Oct 9

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs bacon

Lunch: turkey patty, cauliflower
snack: yogurt and flax
Dinner: ground beef and coleslaw

2. Type of Exercise: pilates and yoga
Amount of time: too long lol

3. Ounces of Water: tons...way more than 64
Ounces of Other___

4. Supplements (Y) __x__ (N)____

Successes or Struggles for today: had to force the exercise today, but i enjoyed the pilates (the yoga not so much)

Day 11...omg...2 More lbs. Gone Forever!

I am soooo happy! I've successfully removed two more unwanted pounds of yukky fat from my body! I am sooo jazzed right now! And I'm definitely experiencing more energy! That is better than getting my figure back..omg... I actually got up from the swivel rocker last night without having to push myself up. My poor knees were taking a bashing with this excess weight to the point of sending me to the doctor twice.
He wanted to do surgery...but I think it's going to get better as I get lighter. I love this new WOE and I love reading everyone's helpful suggestions and recipes. I'm...

I just found this part of the site and my lunch hour was over 12 minutes ago, so I won't write much today. I love to journal, though, and I'm so glad I found this area!!!

The scale is playing a major joke on me! Thats one thing i know for sure. I eat clean, am exercising something like 5 or 6 days a week and that sucker either sits at 209 or moves up! WTH?!? So i'm going to try cutting out dairy for a couple of weeks and see if that helps and eat more simply (more out of laziness than anything else really). No more baking until thanksgiving more than likely, and i'm gonna change up the exercise from mostly cardio to some cardio, some pilates and maybe even some yoga (plus the push up challenge)... I dunno what more i can do at this point... so maybe shaking things...

late start day at school today so I don't work until 1:00, then I get off at 2:30. meh, I like the morning, but by 1:00 I am not in a "work" mood, lol.


so, hmmmmmm, word for today. I think I'll choose "positive"

for today, I am "positive". I will look for the positive things around me and in every situation I come across.
