Pushed a little harder yesterday morning to 11.5 mins on the eliptical, gonna go for 12 when I get off work this morning.

Day 11 Menu

1 pm: 2 pork chops, steamed cabbage, green beans

snack: pork rinds

7 pm: pizza quiche

snack: cucumber

discovered mixed berry diet green tea today and it is da bomb!!

Push Ups

Ok, so it wasn't as hard as I thought... managed to do "desk" push ups right at my desk at work, max for day 1 was 10 and can really feel it in my chest and arms... it's so hard to believe I let myself get so out of shape, but I can and will fix this!!

First Week

The first week is done and over and almost 2 lbs are gone. I admitt I was not really strict the first 5 days but, I'll take it for now. I'm still eating a lot due to breastfeeding. I have been light on the exercise as I don't want to change to many things at once and affect my milk supply. On to week 2.

Thanksgiving Challenge

8 weeks till THANKSGIVING!!!! OMG... i have told my family about my new WOE, and I am challenging myself these next 8 weeks to ensure that they (and I) are in for a nice surprise when they see me.

Goal: Onederland (hopefully 195)

I hope to acheive this by working out 4 times a week for 30 mins. I will continue to eat clean and really push myself. 100% everyday!

So here I go!!!
