Weigh in Day and results

I lost 1.6 today!! Yay!! I am doing the happy dance. Now I need to post another loss next week and get back on a roll.

The soup did the trick this week. I am going to make another batch for this coming week.

I ate more core-like all day and if I had earned activity points I had a treat after supper. I think that works pretty good.

I am just shy of 40 lbs lost. I am hoping to have 50lbs gone by the end of the year. I think that is reasonable.

Progress report here...the family is gone and we had a great time. It was a nice visit and I was very sad to see them go..so sad that in fact I binged twice today I hate letting my emotions get the best of me. It was a hard day and I am thankful it is almost over.
Treatment is going well. Yesterday was goal setting. My 3 main goals for the week are to decrease binges from last week, keep up with my food journal, and meet 80% of my exchanges (food plan). I am really challenging myself this week. I hope to hit those goals.
Also yesterday was meditation. I LOVE that class. I always...

125 here I come...

Well this is my first post on my blog. I dont dare weigh myself right now...I was 134 in March and I felt wonderful. I cant image how 125 will feel. I am doing low carb untill my Hcg arrives..hopefully at the end of the month. I will weigh in tomorrow. Hoping to be around 148 I have been really slacking lately. My plan is low carb, mostly meat and eggs, little cheese, and 1 serving veggies a day. I am hoping to be in the 130's when the hcg arrives.

So day 1:
Peanuts for breakfast (already screwed up,but not too bad)
Lunch; 2 tukey sausages with low carb ketchup

Feeling good this morning. I seem to be sleeping better. I'm wondering if the new woe is contributing to that.

I spent a long time on Linda's locarb recipe site yesterday. wow!
She has some wonderful recipe's over there.

I made Quiche Italiano for dinner last night and it was deee licious! I even felt guilty...like I had gone off plan! I had to keep reminding myself that it only had 5 carbs in it.
I only had one piece, but it was very filling.

I want to try another of her recipes today but not sure which one yet. They all look...
