I walked outside yesterday and came up lame. I don't know what I am doing wrong or why this happens? I got brand new sneakers and I thot that would do the trick. NOT! I can go on the treadmill without a problem but if I walk on the ground or even pavement eventually my left food gets painful. I broke that foot about 3-4 years ago. But I am not sure this is related.

At least I can go on the treadmill without a problem. I think it is because the ground is irregular. My foot doesn't adjust well to the differences.

Anyway, it kinda sucks because walks...

Wow...I've made through the first two weeks...well almost! Tomorrow will officially be two weeks. I haven't cheated once! I'm proud of myself. I also have come to a stern realization of the importance of my sticking with this woe for good.
The best part is reading and saving the recipes. I am re learning to to cook...along with re learning to eat.
And that is what I did not do last time. Making it impossible to maintain my former weight loss. That will not happen this time.

I tried Truvia last night and found that I do not like it in coffee. But straight from...

Back on Track!

Yesterday was a good day, I'm back down to 183!!! I had about 100-110 oz of acv water and I'm going to try to do it again today. Not much to post just happy that I'm back down again

Just wanted to quickly check in here. My grandparents are visiting from NY so I have been busy between work and entertaining. I am doing GREAT here, feeling strong and I am binge free for 2 days now. I have been practicing my breathing and being my word for the day. I feel like I am making even small progress because I am not constantly focused on food, but more on family
