Induction: Day 2
Got on the scale this morning and I am back down a little to 236. I think I released a lot of water yesterday so I guess I was bloated...
Breakfast: Turkey Sausage Quiche and Coffee w/Caramel and Cream (16oz of water)
Snack: Cream Cheese Muffin and more Coffee
Lunch: Ended up going to lunch at Chilli's with coworkers and had a Meschite Chicken Salad with no chips or corn. I failed to tell them to leave off the BBQ sauce so I may have gone over carbs a little but not too much because I only ate about half of it. It was mostly lettuce with tomatos and cilantro with a little cheese and ranch dressing but it came with the BBQ sauce drizzled over the top of the chicken.
Dinner: Steak and broccoli (and a little too much of Emerald's Essence)
Late Night Snack: 2 cream cheese muffins
And of course - WATER WATER WATER!!!
