Callanetics

Ok, WELL... I killed the diet. How do you do low carb on a budget? Not even a budget... how about on BROKE....?? Two days of eggs and tuna and salad... ugh. I'm too poor for this. I need some help! Some one needs to give me some suggestions on how to do this for REAL cheap. I don't have a huge appetite. I also have a very small wallet... wait I don't even have one... Anyway, as for exercise, here is my status : I have a membership to Gold's Gym. I love it there, they have a daycare center that is included with my VIP membership. There are a lot of options there. I also have Winsor Pilates, which I love... although I haven't done for a while. My mom just sent me Callanetics. It's actually playing in the background. And then I ordered a lot of the Jillian Michaels workouts from Netflix to kind of see what's going on there. I like the idea of a variety of exercises, you know? So, my plan is to alternate Callanetics and Pilates and then cardio at the gym everyday. I want the Jillian Michaels for the resistance training as well. I know you can be successful with just exercise alone. So, I'll start there. I'm gonna have to gradually work my way into the whole Atkins diet. Well, I'm outtie... my kids are being WAY too quiet....
