Don't you know me from somewhere?

Hey! Well, this is my first blog on this site. I am a blogger, what can I say? I have a lot of differen sites I blog on for different reasons. Obviously I am here because I am going on a diet, yet again. I never seem to make it past the second day. Sad, huh? But my momma introduced me to this site. She told me she's lost 30 lbs! Rock on Momma!
I figure it must be the support. That's totally what I need. I need some one to remind me I'm on a diet. I usually do really well in the morning, and ok through lunch, but then when it comes to dinner, I've forgotten. My excuse is that I have two toddlers and I usually am starving by dinner, so I eat their leftovers. I need to find the perfect workout and meal plan to get me through this. Especially since I have so much to lose. I weigh 265!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Never been this big. I gained weight with my first pregnancy, and kept gaining weight until I got pregnant again less than a year later. Then I gained more weight and now, another year has gone by and a gained a little bit more weight. What the heck man? Well... I'm going to try it again. Seeing my mom lookin hot at 50 might be a big one here. And, plus the fact that I'm divorced now and I wanna date some great guys. I know I'm so much more than my appearance. It's more for me. Being in shape makes you happy and confident. That's what I need. Alrighty then. That's all for now. Ciao!

Hey sweet daughter of mine!

Hey sweet daughter of mine! It is so good to see you on LCF with me! Even though we are more than a thousand miles apart, we can share in this together! I am really looking forward to being there for each other--long distance, that is! I am finding that staying true to Atkins and Callanetics is actually quite easy. The more familiar you become with them, the easier it becomes. It is a lifestyle change for the better. I have so much more energy and stamina now--I am finally feeling only 49, instead of 80+!! My goal is to be healthy and energetic at 50 (and beyond!)--if it also means I am "hot" then that is ok with me, too!

I know that you want to do this, too. You have such strength and drive when you put your mind to something. I know you will be successful. Just think of the good example you will be setting for your little children. I can just see them following right along with you as you exercise...doing just as their Momma (and Grandma!) is!

I know I can do it! I know you can do it! I know WE can do it TOGETHER! Watch out world! We are gonna be a couple of hot mommas!

You are a beautiful woman and a wonderful daughter! I am so proud of you! It is an honor to be your momma!

I love you!
