FAT FAST - atkins style

I'm 5'7 and in the past few weeks have rocketed up from 58kg to 62kg. I'm wobbling when I walk. I'm 21.

I've heard great things about the Atkins Fat Fast
I'm not currently on Induction by have been doing low carb for a while.

So my question is this: how much weight do you think I would lose on a 10 day FF (extreme I know)?

And has anyone else done it, and what were their results?

Thanks!!

to follow up...

oh and one last thing: is it necessary to eat the full 1000 calories? I get full fast when eating fat so I was thinking of doing 5x 100 calorie 'meals'...

Atkins said don't do the fat fast for more than 3 days. He also said it was only for patients who didn't lose anything after doing 2 weeks of induction.... and only to find out if the person was resistant to weight loss. It was never intended to be a weight loss diet.

Do it at your own risk.

This is probably why you haven't gotten responses...
