Oh yes... absolutely. Hang in there... it will pass! I think it's carb withdrawal. Did you feed your emotions before? Stupid question... you're a woman. Of course you did. So now you're not doing that because, let's face it, a boiled egg does NOT sooth you like potato chips, cookies, ice cream and chocolate. Now, instead of feeding your grumpies you get to feel them.

I find just getting outside helps me the most. A walk. Window shopping. Gardening. You're in FL... so NO excuses. Get outside today. Get some sunshine.

Oh... and sometimes, I found a really decadent piece of meat (like filet) or cheese (brie) can be soothing.

You are SO right! I just got back from shopping at Hobby Lobby and now I feel like a new person! haha... I'm making pulled pork in the crock pot. That outta fix my grumpy hunger pangs. Have an awesome day and thanks for the great advice!
