WOE: Atkins - Long term induction
Start Date: 11/24/2013
30 Days on induction & results

Time still goes by way too fast even when on induction. Today is my 30th day on Atkins Induction and I'm feeling pretty good. Atkins flu lasted only a few days and i've been pretty good about sticking with the diet.

I have cheated once on atkins (on thanksgiving i had some stuffing, no regrets).

I plan to cheat tomorrow for christmas eve again with the stuffing lol.

I've found that if I'm in the mindset of "if I cheat it's ruined" that it stresses me out and makes me think about food. If I give myself permission to cheat I back out at the last second and don't want it anymore. Strange, I know...I have a long way to go so I will indulge in my holiday treats and spend the rest of the time on induction for at least another 5 months.

Here are my 30 day results from induction eating (minus my thanksgiving cheat ) and going to the gym avg 3x per week. If only this pace would continue! (I'm under no illusion that it will..)
