Help Please

Hi all!!! It's been ages since I've posted here but it's a bit like coming home posting here.

I started Focus T25 9 weeks ago and I've also been doing low carb and Shakeology. I'm losing weight/inches but not at a rate that I'm happy with. I've been logging my foods, though I've slacked off some the last couple of days and I need help. I know this is THE place to get THE best information and help! I'm thinking I need to limit my cals since I'm not noticing any real losses. I did do a 3 Day Shakeology cleanse, less than 1100 cals per day for 3 days, lots of water, green tea, chicken, salad, strawberries and a small amount of apple and I lost 6 lbs and several inches. With that 3 Day Shakeology cleanse behind me, I know that it's not the Shakeology, I'm thinking it's my calorie intake.

So, help me please! I can limit to 1100 cals but want some guidance. Maybe a boring menu until I reach goal which is 23 pounds away. I'm so close, I do not want to give up! I'm open to menu suggestions and anything else! Thank you!!!!!

If you want to follow the Atkins diet it's all spelled out in a zillion different books. Just start the induction diet for 2 weeks and go from there.

Or if you are enjoying the Shakelogy shakes, follow their plan.

You can easily combine low carb with the shakes if you choose too, cut out extra carbs (i.e. fruit) and add in some fats instead.

It's just what feels good for you, dietwise.

My daughter likes the shakes herself. I'm not a shake person myself.
