Trader Joe's Sprouted Breads - does anyone use with success?
I just tried the Trader Joe's "sprouted" bread with 4 net carbs. I really liked it but I am worried it will knock me out of ketosis or otherwise stall me. Does anyone out there have personal experience with this bread? I had a sandwich with two slices. Have others continued to lose while using this bread? If so, how much? A slice a day? A slice a week? More or less?

Yum! They're building a Trader Joe's here in Austin right now. Yay! I eat low carb tortillas a couple times a week, and I haven't noticed any stalling occur for me. None more than usual. A lot of people on here eat low carb versions of these types of food. You might just have to try it and see. If it stalls you, cut it off your diet, or slow down how often. Maybe try once a week and go from there, rather than adding it in to your daily routine.
