As long if there is no carbs or only like 1, and no sugar in the ingredients, should be ok. Lots of things say sugar on ingredients and not info. People try to stay away from all the sodium names on processed meats too...
The app I use on my phone had this if it's the right product: Schneider's Beef Steakette 1 patty- 270 cal 21g fat 5 carbs 1g fiber 14g protein 310mg sodium 45mg cholesterol I would go with another one if this is correct product. I've looked at plenty kinds at Sam's and almost all have 0-1 carbs. I stick with fresh 80/20 myself and just cook it all at once and keep it ready in the fridge. ![]() |
