As long if there is no carbs or only like 1, and no sugar in the ingredients, should be ok. Lots of things say sugar on ingredients and not info. People try to stay away from all the sodium names on processed meats too...

The app I use on my phone had this if it's the right product:

Schneider's Beef Steakette

1 patty-
270 cal
21g fat
5 carbs 1g fiber
14g protein
310mg sodium
45mg cholesterol

I would go with another one if this is correct product. I've looked at plenty kinds at Sam's and almost all have 0-1 carbs. I stick with fresh 80/20 myself and just cook it all at once and keep it ready in the fridge.

Last time I did the diet I went with pre-made to attempt to save time (and make them last) but I found that the taste wasn't worth it and the grease looked strange that came out of them. Now I just buy a couple lbs in those ghetto looking tubes and shape and freeze them myself. When I do buy premade the best I've found for taste is BubbaBurger

I think it depends on each package/brand
