Down agian

Weigh in Saturday 205.5 . Thanks for your support and advice. I feel good do not crave sugar of carbs hardly. A lOng way to go but I try not to compare my success with others. I am approaching what I consider my 1st big mile stone that's leaving the 200's behind.even if it's 199.5 I'll take it .

Thank you, I had to break diet last week due to a week long seminar out of town. None of the food was Atkins friendly but I stayed away from sugar and tries to make the better choices. I had gained 4.5 lbs back but when I came home I went straight back to induction. Happy to say I have list those 4.5 lbs and an additional .5 lb. weight this morning 204.

Well sad to say my husband asked for a divorce. I will not go back to "comfort" food. The last day has been hell and all I want to do is say screw it, but I can't . Down to 203.5 I've almost reached my 1st milestone of 200 lbs. my next goal is 190. How do you deal with this kinda pain and keep going. Advice please

Aw Jeez. So sorry for this. {{{hugs}}} Do you have someone you can talk to?? You need support. Don't do this alone. And get a GOOD lawyer. You'll get through this... and while you do, take care of YOU. Staying on plan can only help. Good choice!

Thank you. I will stay on the plan because if I gain the weight back I'll feel even worse. But how I could sit and eat some cheesecake. Thank you again I'll survive this and hopefully look back at this and be ok.

oh that's too bad, penguiine, but maybe it's good. Regardless, stay on plan, because you are STRONG in more ways than one. (And I won't say - nothing is as sweet as revenge, but I'll think it!)

Receiving hug and thank you. It will be a stressful 3 months living in same home with him. I'll keep going and thank you for the words of encouragement.
