Bouncing around!!
I lost 40 lbs on the Dukan diet.
I decided my body needs fats!! I begin Atkins in January of this year...I have lost the few lbs that I gained toward the end of my Dukan journey. So, I lost 8 lbs and back down to my original 40 lbs! I have another 30 lbs to go. Should I stay on induction or switch to the next step?? I am terrified of leaving the induction!! By the way, I love this diet, love having fats again after almost 2yrs. I do not crave carbs either!! Plus, I like having CO in my coffee every morning!! Awesome!!! Nothing better!! ![]() Thanks for some feedback! |

I would stay in induction unless you miss the carbs that bad. I have been around 20 to 25 grams for two months. I am slowly losing but will probably boast up the carbs a bit when I am fully at goal. For me, that won't be much though, I will still be in OWL and yet I figure my weight will stabilize when I am in that range.

Thank you! Sorry, I am so late in posting back! I tried LCHF for a few weeks...love it too, but think I will go back to Atkins induction..I have not gained, but not losing either!!
I know, I have to LC the rest of my life because I cannot handle sugar in any form!! I need to get my act together and decide which diet to stay with!! Just struggling!! May |
