Almonds-different nutrition

Hi everybody, Im new here, but reading your threads for a long time. Im 3 weeks on OWL already, but my weight fluctuated all the time. Firstly, I lost 4 kg (from 65kg) on Induction, then gained 3 kg, now Im on 64 kg. Never mind, I feel better and this is not the issue as I think I gained because I ate too much vegetable and got out from ketosis for some days.

The main question is - I noticed that each brand of almonds has different, complletely different nutritional info. One brand says has 3,7g carbs + 5 g fiber and other says 30g carbs + 7g fiber.

According to internet -
Total carbohydrate 21.67 g
Dietary Fiber 12.20 g

Im soo confused now and did not find any answer anywhere. Do you know what is truth actually?

Thank you and good luck everyone!

The first thing I wonder, is the serving size the same? also are almonds the only ingredient?

I would go with the internet info. I checked three different sites and they were all closer to that range of carbs/fiber.

I have gone crazy with this stuff. Fact of the matter is when dealing with nature all things are not uniform. That's the good news.
So what I did was to pick a site that I thought was accurate, and had values for the most foods, and that's the one I use. Specifically I use the USDA nutrient database.
It's the government table that lists the nutritional value, including carb count for virtually any food out there. I find that it's pretty accurate.

Almonds- 6grams protein, 2 net carbs, around 200 calories for 1/4cup. This is the formula I use
