Accidental Low Carb Cereal!

Accidentally overbaked some coconut chips this morning (not the shredded kind but bigger pieces) and they looked like corn flakes. Decided to each them on top of yogurt that I had thinned out with SF DaVinci coconut syrup... OMG! The over-toasting made them TASTE like a GRAIN! CORN FLAKES!!!!

**********
Low Carb Corn Flakes and Milk Cereal:

Bake a small cookie sheet with a thin layer of coconut chips with 5 packets Truvia, a pinch of salt and a light spraying of oil at about 300 until they resemble corn flakes. Stir often. They burn easily. You may need to turn off the oven halfway through.

Top greek yogurt that has been thinned with SF Vanilla or Coconut DaVinci syrup, a few drops EZ-Sweetz and 2-3 packets of Truvia with the coconut.

Sounds really good, I'm going to look for some coconut chips at the grocery store today.
