Traveling on low carb

I am traveling this afternoon to a city a few hours away because my brother had emergency surgery and is in the hospital. I will be staying two nights in a hotel and I don't have time to pack induction friendly food/snacks. any suggestions on how to stay on induction and get throught the next few days away from home?

Travel

I used to travel a lot for work and I'd always stay in a hotel that had a fridge. I'd always go to the local grocery store and pick up foods like low carb dip and vegetables, some snack meats (beef jerky), salad, etc. For breakfast get room service and get some bacon and eggs, dinner maybe go out and get a steak or chicken and a salad. I always try and find a trader joes when I travel because they always have low carb stuff! Good luck and try not to stress!

7/11 sells a two pack of hardboiled eggs. get some mustard packs to go with them for a quick lunch.

restaurant meals... small steak, salad with ranch or just oil from a cruet. or instead of steak get a shrimp cocktail and skip the cocktail sauce.

burger king burger no bun. while you're there, grab some extra mayo packs and take your beverage cup with you. get a pouch of tuna at the grocery or convenience store. use the cup to mix up tuna and mayo to eat with the spoon you swiped from burger king.
