If you haven't tried Atkins bars before, be aware that they can stall some people's weight loss progress. I happen to be one of the unlucky ones that gets stalled on them. I wanted to have something sweet during the holidays and would eat a bar (maximum of one a day) so that I wouldn't feel like I was missing out on the goodies everyone else was having - and my weight loss stopped. I figured out the bars were the culprit (after about a week and a half) - and after I cut them out I started losing again. Good luck!

I tried the bars once, they taste disgusting to me. Very artificial and weird and I agree, they seem to cause a common problem of slowing or stopping weight loss. You're better off creating something yourself from the tons of recipes online that are low carb and taste much better.
