DANDR 1992 or 2002?
I actually have both of these books on my bookshelf. DH used the 1992 version to lose a lot of weight (since regained, he's now doing Dr. Bernstein's plan) and I bought the 2002 version a couple of years ago but never read it. Are there major differences? Any particular reason I should read one over the other? I believe Dr. Atkins himself revised the 2002 version, correct? So maybe that one is the best one to start with?

This may answer any questions you may have about the different books:
Is Atkins '92 different than '72? People in here discuss the newest book as well. Don't let the title fool you. |
