Sleepy

I'm not sleeping well during the Atkins induction phase. Waking at least once, sometime 2 or 3 times a night. Does anyone else have this problem?

I started sleep walking my first week back on induction.

I don't think I am doing it anymore (my family hasn't noticed if I am anyway). I wondered if was a reaction to not having all the crud that I had been eating leading up to induction.

Are you getting up to go "potty"? I know myself and several friends who have re-started as of the first were just talking about that! I myself have trouble waking up (sorta more like sleep/waking...if that makes sense) and grabbing something from the fridge! Sometime i can fight it....other times it is uncontrollable. Luckily, I have idiot proofed my kitchen to be extremely low carb!

Best of luck! Hope you get to sleeping more!

Yes, I'm sleeping just fine now. I just wasn't sleeping well the first 2 or 3 weeks. I wasn't getting up to potty, I was just waking up and having a hard time falling back to sleep. Good luck to you, Pibble Mama! Hope you are sleeping better soon!

Interesting. I always have a hard time sleeping when I'm in Induction. This is one of the reasons I'm going to move up the OWL ladder more rapidly this time. If I can't get a good nights rest, then the rest of my life doesn't function properly.
