Shakeology

So. I bought a bag of shakeology from beach body since I am constantly on the go. I snack on green veggies but sometimes it's just easier to throw a shakeology shake together.

It had tons and tons of vitamins, minerals, etc etc. And it helps keep me full.
Anyone else use this?

I've tried atkins before and lost a good amount of weight. I however, got bored with plain chicken and threw in the towel. HUGE mistake! I've never felt as good as I did when doing LC diet.

So here I am again, aiming for a new mindset and new lifestyle.

Maybe it would help to explore the recipe forum and learn to make some lowcarb food a lot tastier then plain chicken.

-Fish broiled drizzled in olive oil and a bit of butter
-Steak and to change it up, pan fry/broil in a bit of oil and butter. Deglaze the pan with beef broth and a bit of butter to make a very yummy finish sauce (you can do this with pork and chicken as well).
-Roasted vegetables with an olive oil drizzle.
-Create herb butters to use as finish sauces on grilled protein (you can also use garlic to create a delicious garlic butter).
-Learn the beauty of the shallot. One of my favorite things in the world. Adds flavor to sauteed mushrooms, other vegetables, and sautes.
-Create warm salads; saute vegetables, add a touch of vinegar at the end, and place on a bed of baby spinach or fresh greens.

Those are just some low carb friendly dishes you can eat and enjoy while eating this way. Notice no plain chicken above. None of these dishes are either difficult or time consuming.
