My first day on Induction
Hi, I am new here just registered today, I am very excited to get started and can't wait to see results. I have done Atkins in the past and went from 245 pounds to 170 pounds but I messed up I stayed on induction way too long, never moved on to the next phase and fell completely off the diet. Since then I have attempted Atkins but it never stuck like the first time, I think I got over confident thinking I already knew how it worked and just didn't eat the right foods. This time I am not going to make those mistakes I am going to track everything I eat, my daily exercise and I really want t change my life style and do this right I hope to make some friends here to help me through I think some support will be just what I was missing out the first time around. I am happy to be here and I look forward to sharing my journey and hearing others.
