Wheat rebound?
I have been following a low carb diet for about 18 months now, 30 pounds down until this week when a few pounds snuck back on...I blame Mardi Gras season. No, not parades or alcohol. I just couldn't pass up a sliver of King Cake. Then, it was gumbo with hot french bread.... I feel terrible. Not from the guilt, or the scale. I really feel ill, headachy and exhausted. I don't think I'm really sick. Does wheat rear back and kick you in the pants after you have been avoiding it like the plague?

Funny you ask this because I just started reading Wheat Belly by William Davis last night, and he says that the response to wheat can be immediate. Sounds like what he describes as a reaction. Hope you feel better soon!
