Can anyone tell me how many carbs your are allowed to have each day, I've read three differnt amts. Just starting the diet.

Have you read Dr Atkins's original "Diet Revolution" book? If not, you might want to see if you can get a copy. That will explain everything. Welcome and good luck!

Pick a plan, I like DANDR, others like different Atkins books. Read the book, depending on the plan and where you are in the plan, the amount is different.

In my plan induction is 20 grams minus fiber. OWL adds carbs in 5 gram increments until you get to the amount you can eat and still loose, this will be a different number for different people.

So, I would say until you choose your plan and read the book, do 20 grams of carb a day, (you can subtract fiber)
