apple cider vinegar

Does anyone use apple cider vinegar and if so what for and what is it mixed with, in what measurements?

Apple cider vinegar is helpful in controlling post meal blood sugar. Be sure to dilute w/ plenty of water, as vinegar can cause tooth sensitivity problems. 1-2 T w/ 8 oz or more water before meals will also fill you up before you even start eating.

Supposed to be helpful w/ Candida issues. Even if it doesnt work it certainly doesnt do any harm. I've been taking a 2-3 T dose for 4 days now. I am definitely not as hungry when I sit down to eat dinner.

Certainly can't hurt

although drinking water alone before meals fills you up and curbs hunger.

idk about the diet, but it works great for your hair in stripping away styling products and making your hair soft and shiny

I take a liter of water in my water jug.. and put Stevia.. Concentrace drops.. Distilled water.. and about 1/2 a teaspoon of Braggs ACV..

I find i like the taste better with a rather small amount of ACV.. ( i Love kombucha tho.. hehe.. i guess its just the harshness of straight vinegar )... I drink enough water that i eventually get a lot of it.

Ive also heard of people putting Cinnamon ( which is Very good for you btw ).. in w/ ACV.. and water.. Stevia is always good too in it... I luv the stuff myself.

Be careful of the ACV you buy.. imo i would buy LIVING acv.. Braggs isnt too expensive... probably more brands.. make sure it has the "mother"... ie NOT distilled.. / killed vinegar... as that will not do much for you in regards to health benefits.. imho..

also try Kombucha.. Very good for you also.. good bacteria... and fun to make.. theres a 89 page thread on it on here also.. hehe..

2tbl in water before a meal or during a meal makes me eat half of what I normally do and sipped through out the day does stablize my blood sugar.

Also good for constipation and drink at the first sign of a cold

I just started using apple cider vinegar. I don't think I could stomach drinking it with water so I create a salad dressing with it. I mix it with mustard, olive oil and a few drops of ez-sweetz sweetener.
