I ate Ritz crackers..Help?

Cracker/slip-up How bad it this? Please Help!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been pretty strict low carbing for 2 months (mostly veggies and meat) and this morning at work I got very nauseated. (I started a new prescription and this is a side effect). So at lunch I ate about 8 Ritz crackers because I honestly felt like I was going to be sick.

My question is, how bad is this?

I am already fairly fit, but this change in eating has helped me lose stubborn belly fat and bloat. I have some Ketosis sticks at home and I am just wondering if I kicked myself out with the crackers and how hard it will be to return?

I have worked so hard and I dont want to have buggered it up over stupid crackers that I did not even really want! At least it did get rid of the nausea and tomorrow I intend (doc ok'ed) to half the pill to avoid this all together.

Help?

Thanks so much, I am new and was not sure what forum was best

I am reading about others slip ups now and I feel a little less defeated.

I said no to every dessert and confection that has been parked in my office for 2 months (and there have been DOZENS), but I just wanted the upset tummy feeling to go away so ate the crackers for that reason only. I am perfectly fine on this plan 99% and the results and better health make it completely worth while.

I will work out tonight and eat a salad and keep right on going. I just did not want to stall myself after being so dilligent.

Thanks again for your reply!

You have done a fantastic job thus far! One minute slip up will not break you! It will make you stronger

No need to freak out!

I agree with everyone else. Eight crackers to relieve nausea is nothing to beat yourself up about. The desserts you passed on are so much more important and you should be very proud of what you have accomplished! I do believe, though, that life is meant to be celebrated and moderation in dessert choices should not be frowned upon.

Worst thing to do is beat yourself up over anything of this nature. Recognize the issue, resolve it, and move forward.
