A pound a day!

Ok…. So I’ve been on atkins (on and off) since January… For about 3 months I kept going up and down btwn 155 to 160… Last Friday I restarted a clean induction… I do have milk at night before I go to bed and some in the morning in my coffee….. Anyways, I was down to 153.2 this morning…. I am super happy but confused! Every day I lose a pound..

Is this water Weight or am I actually losing Fat- is there a way to know?

I don't really know...but YAY no matter what it is! hahaha I just started induction on Monday and have lost 8.2 pounds so far this week. I am just happy the scale is moving...no matter if it is water or fat!

Losing water weight can still make your clothes looser because you aren't as bloated, right? There is a handheld body fat analyzer you can use to monitor fat loss. They can be had for under 35 dollars if that's something you are interested in. I decided I would just stick with scales and measuring tape. The tape's reading is what I'm really interested in anyway!
