Thank goodness for surgar-free/carb-free JELLO! Let's not forget that ultra low carb whip cream I spray on top, not to mention shoot in my mouth out of the can!

What low carb/no carb food has been your saving grace? Something that satisifies those carb-type craving you may get?

About 20 olives and a chunk of Philly crm chez to dip them in. Great snack, get the salty fix just not the crunch.

Unsweetened bakers chocolate melted with pnut butter, coconut oil, cream cheese or whip cream and sweetener, and chilled into chocolates!

Cream cheese a couple raspberries and whip cream and sweetener softened and whipped into a little cream cheese pudding!

Really, read the back. I haven't yet found a canned whipped cream that doesn't have sugar in it. Please let me know what brand you have found, I'm really curious.

Actually, I prefer to whip it myself from a carton of heavy cream and I little Splenda. It's fairly fast and easy, and I can control the sweetener that way. But it'd be nice to find a store-bought to fall back on sometimes.

I ordered this online here in Australia then realised it has aspartame in it
But the cherry one is seriously delicious, doesn't taste artificially sweetened at all.

Yes, it does have about a gram of sugar per serving and 30 grams of carbs in the small can. With that said, When used sparingly, I do not mind sacrificing a few carbs for this sweet treat. Can says 1 carb per 2 tablespoons. I do like the Whipped Cream and spenda as well, but in all honesty, the can stuff is much more pleasing and I have been able to enjoy without slipping from Ketosis and still losing weight and inches.

Do you use coconut oil AND cream cheese, or one or the other? Proportions? It sounds yummy!

2nd. Any diet that allows bacon can't be bad. (Do I sound like Homer Simpson or what)

Seriously though, I think eggs are the most versatile thing on Induction. You can make so much stuff with them.

You can eat it right away.... Put it on the coldest shelf in the fridge after that. It's so yummy. Just had some about 5 minutes ago. Use an electric hand mixer for to fluff!

Wow this makes a LOT. Does it freeze well, I wonder? This would be a good frosting for the chocolate bean cake!

I made half of the recipe. It was delicious. I couldn't finish what's in my cup. I froze it and then let it thaw while I ate it the next day. Still good. Like ice cream.

ETA

It is like a whippy frosting. It's quite thick and fluffy and very substantial. If you use it for frosting, spread it thin.

ETAA

Just be careful. While I was waiting for some of the mousse to thaw (facebooking while I wait), my DH ate all of it! FROZEN! I still haven't forgiven him.
