Unsweetened bakers chocolate melted with pnut butter, coconut oil, cream cheese or whip cream and sweetener, and chilled into chocolates!
Cream cheese a couple raspberries and whip cream and sweetener softened and whipped into a little cream cheese pudding! |

Actually, I prefer to whip it myself from a carton of heavy cream and I little Splenda. It's fairly fast and easy, and I can control the sweetener that way. But it'd be nice to find a store-bought to fall back on sometimes. |

But the cherry one is seriously delicious, doesn't taste artificially sweetened at all. |

Seriously though, I think eggs are the most versatile thing on Induction. You can make so much stuff with them. |

You can eat it right away.... Put it on the coldest shelf in the fridge after that. It's so yummy. Just had some about 5 minutes ago. Use an electric hand mixer for to fluff!

I made half of the recipe. It was delicious. I couldn't finish what's in my cup. I froze it and then let it thaw while I ate it the next day. Still good. Like ice cream. ETA It is like a whippy frosting. It's quite thick and fluffy and very substantial. If you use it for frosting, spread it thin. :) ETAA Just be careful. While I was waiting for some of the mousse to thaw (facebooking while I wait), my DH ate all of it! FROZEN! I still haven't forgiven him. |
