It is like a whippy frosting. It's quite thick and fluffy and very substantial. If you use it for frosting, spread it thin.
Oh, that does look good! Do you need to use grandular splenda for it to keep that texture or can I use liquid splenda?

I used the Splenda for baking? That's the only one I have so I use it for everything. If you use whipping cream then I don't think the sweetener matters as much as it will still be whippy and fluffy. I also added a bit of cream cheese because I didn't have a lot of heavy cream that night. So it was like a thick, fluffy whipped cream cheese frosting. YUM!

Thank you! Thankfully I do have some creamcheese here at the moment so I am going to throw it in like you did.

About 6 carbs in that whole recipe!

Thanks for this idea, by the way. I did freeze it and it was a great treat when I needed "something". And a spoonful would do it. Yumm.
I use Z-Sweet. I'm not a Splenda fan, and Next time I'm going to do vanilla with DaVinci's syrup I think.

KFC Grilled Double Down Chicken. Two pieces of grilled chicken. In between is some cheese and bacon. That's it! It might take 7 minutes for them to cook it, but it's fresh, juicy and delicious!

Go get some!
