Okay, not JUST weight goals but can I have one?!

Lose ten pounds.
Up the gym visits to 3 a week (currently 2).
Dig out some of my old clothes, I know some of them will fit me now.
No alcohol until December!
Buy a new workout DVD.

What are yours Peanutte?

I am still thinking of what mine will be.

I finally hit 140 and passed it this past month, despite thinking I wouldn't, so I don't want to focus on a particular weight goal. I'll try to decide what I want to accomplish and post it in a couple of days.

Amber, it sounds like you have a variety-pack of goals! That's cool.

My goal is to do at least 10,000 steps daily. Also to be at 175lbs by the end of the month.

Amber: Thanks for your advice - got FitDay working for me.

So, my first goal for November is to 'tweak my OWL' - I'm too generous with the cals: no wonder I'm a slow loser!

My second goal is to shed another 10lbs, although a couple more would be appreciated.

And my third goal is to fix up some regular exercise that I enjoy.

My Goal for November?

Eat clean and continue exercise - walking 3 times a week to see if I can make exercise a habit

I made goal for Sept. Loose 5 pounds
I made goal for Oct. Exercise 3 times a week

NOW let's see if I can maintain these two goals for the month... With Christmas around the corner, I need to set some resolve in motion

I find that I've been "stepping out" on my Atkins plan a little ( lot too much of late
My goals for November
1. Eat clean- 3 meals + one snack a day- back to induction levels ( or OWL 1) for at least one week.
2. Weigh myself once a week to keep accountable
3. Exercise 3X a week.

Here we go!

Here are my goals for this month:

*Get back into my size 8s comfortably/see 140's again
*Keep carbs under 10...cals around 1200
*Drink more water each day
*Purposeful exercise for at least 30 min 5 days/week
*Log food into Fitday
*Eliminate sugar alcohol/frankenfoods
*Limit cheese to 3 oz per day
*No eating after 8 PM

Weight Loss: 15 lbs. (5 gone already)
Exercise: Be able to walk twice around my neighborhood at a good pace (about 3 miles)
Be able to do 30 minutes on the treadmill (I can only do 10 so far)
Start my Tai Chi
Keep up with my current calesthenics and weight exercises

That's it. That's enough, right!?
