What do you eat before going to the gym?

I go to the gym 6 days a week and I am having trouble keeping my energy up when there. Any suggestions on what to eat (low carb) before going?

actually you should eat a few hours before you go so your body can digest the foods and have the fuels you need ready to go. You could eat a snack of nuts or cheese before you go and then have that fuel availible during the last part of your workout.

are you eating enough food all day long so you don't run out of energy?

also be sure to hydrate as most folk run out of energy because they got over heated and dehydrated since we use the magority of our energy to keep ourself cool when exercising.
