Protein powder suggestions for low carb shakes, please

Hi!

I am new to the boards. I'm Jennifer and I've been on Atkins since the fifth of Sept. I've lost about 10 lbs which is great because I can hardly reccognise myself in the mirror sometimes it's so fast.

I want to start having some protein shakes. Any rec's for good inexpensive protein powder that doesn't have a lot of carbs? Thanks!!

Isopure Zero Carb is more or less midrange in price - not cheap, but not one of the priciest, either. It tastes good (I got the vanilla last time I bought it) and, obviously, doesn't contain more than trace carbs.

I absolutely love Biochem Greens & Whey. the vanilla & chocolate are the two I use. I usually get mine at whole foods...not as expensive as some - but not cheap either...i'd say midrange.

flavor, though, is one of the best as far as protein powders go - most have a chalky taste - these do not at all.

It depends on what types of flavors you like...

Do you like smoothies? Frosties? Mochas? Straight vanilla or chocolate or strawberry flavors? Do you want to drink them straight or add davinci syrups to make different flavors? You can also make drinks such as protein coffee with the protein powder flavors such caramel latte and cinnamon. It depends on what your likes are...

You can also make a hot chocolate out of chocolate protein powder, and add some sugar free davinci toasted marshmallow flavoring for a great hot chocolate. Or you can add some rasberry sf syrup...
