hi i am new to this site
Hi there,
I am new to this site but not new to Atkins. I am in OWL . I have been doing this for about 3 months. I have a question about Carbquik. I was wondering if anyone uses this product and how often i could use it. Does it cause stalls? |

Hi Di!
I don't use Carbquick. If you do a search using that word, though, I bet you will find lots of threads discussing it. How's OWL treating you? Do you like it? We have a thread for OWL right here on this page. Best of luck to you! |

welcome.
I don't do carbquik cause of the soy in it. If you are at the legumes rung of OWL you can test it and see if you like it. I use nut flours made by grinding nuts in my grinder or a nonsoy protein powder mixed with flax seed meal. you can make your own carbquick if you want to. it is just like bisquik in that it uses baking soda and baking powder with the flour of choice or just do stuff from scratch. You can find lots of recipes without it if you are looking to make muffins or bread. oops they took the soy out and now use wheat! Quote:
