2 month stall on atkins??

Hi there, Ive been doing atkins for 3 months now (since June 1st) and have only lost 16 lbs so far..my start weight was 175 and it took me 6 weeks to lose my first 13 lbs ive pretty much stalled since mid july on the diet. I am hoping to reach 145 by christmas as my goal but am very worried now that i may not lose a single lb at this rate. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I am down a size in my jeans but thats about it and i still keep my carbs to a bare 25 per day..and eat all the atkin friendly foods, my only downfall is coffee which i drink about 3 cups per day and use 1 splenda and 1 tbs.whipping cream as a creamer..Does anyone have any advice or have similar experiences? I really felt the weight would come off at a much quicker rate than this..I even started logging my foods in a journal week to week to make sure i was on tract. I appreciate any comments you may have!

Going from 175 to 159 is a great change for you. you have shed 53% of your needed to lose weight already. for somebody like me that would have been almost 78 pounds so you are doing great, but stalls even though they are a normal part of weight loss journeys are no fun.

we need more info in order to see if there is anything fixable
can you post a few days worth of menus with amounts

did you get blood work done before you started to rule out any medical issues?
I"m hypothyroid so when I stall and boy did I stall several 2 month or more ones it usually was my thyroid hormones being off.


what are you doing as the mandatory exercise part of your Atkins?
have you increased your duration and/or intensity as you shed your weight? as we shed pounds of body fat our body needs less energy to do the exact same things so either we cut cals or we increase our activity level.

are you on any meds? supplements?
