Go make it! DH made burgers one afternoon, I cooked up some bacon the other day so when we got home from work today he sauteed mushrooms and onions in butter, added a splash of worcestershire sauce then we heated the burger and bacon in the microwave, layered them all then with cheese on top. I'll be full until tomorrow LOL

Eggs benedict with my lazy hollandaise sauce.

Tip: rather than an egg ring, if you cook eggs into a solid mass and use a cookie cutter or a glass, you get a perfect circle of egg.

Totally fun twist on my Parmesan Crackers at Low Carb Lolitas: I used nacho cheese popcorn flavoring prior to baking and then made a dip with cream cheese and pico de gallo. It was so wonderful, I not only didn't share, I didn't feel guilty about it either.
