Can you make the crackers in the oven?

I tossed my microwave 2 years ago since it was making me fat. LOL.

Here are the recipes! I believe they're also induction friendly for two out of the three inductions, depending on the Atkins plan (there are three these days ).

You cool little crackers

Nutritional values:

Flax crackers: Nutritional Information 1/6 recipe: Calories: 383, Carb: 10, Fiber: 7 Net Carb: 3

Cheese crackers: Nutritional Information 1/6th recipe: Calories: 317, Carb: 1, Fiber: 0, Net Carb: 1

Would using golden flax change the taste?

Beautiful, cerise. What is that?

NoSun-- Lamentably, my pictures are pretty poor, but I have improved with time. For me, the biggest coup was changing from flash photos to 100% natural light. You can tell a difference in my pictures when they're taken in sunlight and when they're taken with a flash.

I made spicy meatballs with garlic, chilli, ginger, onion & simmered them in a homemade tomato sauce with added cream and served it with zucchini 'pasta'
Uber tasty.

I always take my photos at nighttime so have to use the flash but sometimes they come out too bright. Your pics look so professional

I'm playing around with the minute muffin recipe. I'm using coconut flour instead of flax meal (and since CoCoFlo is so thirsty, I only use 1 Tbsp instead of the 1/4 cup of flax). This one is lemon-poppyseed, with a lemon & cream cheese frosting.

Instead of a coffee cup, we got a couple of porcelain ramekins. It's much easier to mix everything up in a wider vessel, and it makes really nice little cakes.

Hmmmm... how did you make the bread Cerise?

Those cakes look really good too Missy! YUM!

Dinner the past 2 nights...

That's chicken with slice ham, slice swiss cheese melted on top, with tomato salsa, and a baby herb and lettuce garden salad (with an apple cider vinegar dressing).

Meatballs with a tomato sauce, and caesar salad.

lol! Oh! You asked what's in this: chopped andouille, meat only chili (to add a semblance of sauce/texture difference), sliced fresh mushrooms and about a cup of shredded mozzarella (I went big or went home on the cheese).
