I might just give this a try because I really wanna start liking flax again. I kinda went through a phase where I can eat it every day but now it feels slimy to me.

Tonight for dinner I made Salmon Loaf with a side of mashed cauliflower where I put in diced green onion, bacon bits, garlic and cheese, with a little zucchini in the background! Was excellent!

Oh my...you have outdone yourself with this one! Cauli mash looks amazing. I have those same dishes. I totally fell in love with that pattern.

Homemade hot wings with ranch dressing. I bake the wings at high temp until crispy then give them a bath in butter and hot sauce and put back in the oven for another 5 or so minutes.

Asia - How did you make the wings?
They almost look slightly breaded and delicious!

Hi , thanks. No bread used. If you click the link under the picture the recipe is there. Don't forget to dip wings in egg first. I made some last night. I used resistant wheat starch in place of flour. The key is to monitor the heat on your oil and don't turn over to quickly. Turn when a nice crust has formed. Make sure your starch is well seasoned as that stuff is very bland.

It looks fantastic and I've been looking for recipes with coconut milk Would you give us this recipe? What's green curry paste? Can I use just a regular organic curry powder instead?

It's pretty sweet. I have a hard time eating more than a slice at a time (and I love this cake). If one were to make these and had portion concerns, I'd definitely recommend making these into cupcakes and then freezing them individually. But they are pretty sweet...
