Cheesy Bacon "Potato" Bake

Oh thank you!!! I am so going to make this...it looks a lot like a hashbrown cheesy ham casserole my mom made and I have made with leftover ham.

Your cobb salad is gorgeous, btw...!

I have not tried anything different.. peanut flour seems to act more like white flour in a recipe.. almost equal amounts. So def not equal amounts of coconut flour. I have not done much cooking with almond meal, just don't like it much. To be honest. I'd say for this recipe.. just peanut flour, sorry.

I made your chocolate chunky cookies last night but they were bland for me I'm thinking of making a filling and turning them into sandwich cookies instead. They looked beautiful though and smelled so good

Candice, your recipes are truly food porn. *drool*

I will need to get peanut flour next. I only wish I could get it locally and not have to buy online.

Today I made Beeb's favorite BBQ sauce and also chicken nuggets using the heroine wing recipe. I have been missing chicken nuggest from Wendy's and their BBQ sauce. This really cured my craving.

I also had Marzetti's Ranch - 1 carb - and Marzetti's Bleu Cheese - 1 carb

I know they aren't all that exciting looking but they were so tender and juicy. And, the crispy bits left on the baking sheet were tasty too.

These look amazing. I made a roast beast on Saturday and wanted something to soak up the extra gravy. These would have worked perfectly!
