my low carb tortillas this am with eggs.. was pretty good! It does have that nutty peanut taste to it.. but like I already said, really does make a great sub for a corn tortilla with low carbing. Something I can see making more often for sure!

These are two things I have been eating with Mama Lupe's tortilla's on a regular basis.

Mini Pizza, no sauce. I just put grated cheese and pepperoni on them and bake them in the oven until the cheese melts and almost fuses to the tortilla and the pepperoni browns a bit.

The photo isn't all that exciting but this is a quick easy fix for a pizza craving.

Just two examples of quick and easy filling foods to have on hand if you do not like to cook or need something fast.

I like the peanut butter one - great idea! I did the pizza one myself yesterday with lavash bread (4 carbs) and smothered it in canadian bacon and mushrooms. Awesome!
