Hamburger Soup

I have been hooked on homemade soup for the last couple weeks. I usuallly just throw in whatever I have laying around. Yesterday I made this hamburger soup.

">

It has onion, garlic, shredded carrot, beef stock, ground beef, parmesean cheese (canned), spinach, black pepper, red pepper, salt.

Still getting double pictures. I am linking back to Flickr. Can anyone help me?

Go back into your post and just backspace/delete one of the images. Somehow the image location is being posted twice.

You have to hit "edit" within, I think, 15 or so minutes of posting.

That is my type of soup! I love lemon so I would've probably added some lemon and some hot sauce before eating. LOL.

I've been on a hot sauce kick and I thought about putting some in but used cayenne pepper instead. Next batch I am going to put some hot sauce in!

Thank you Cleo! No you can't taste the coconut at all, which is really really great because last time I made some coconut flour garlic cheese biscuits and they were terrible becasue the taste of the coconut was so strong. But I think somehow the onion and garlic powders help mask the taste because it was delicious, even a really good friend who loves fried fish loved it and had seconds. I had some leftovers today and they were still great.

If you have a Ninja, that's the best way! You can get almost a couscous with the Ninja. More surface area = faster drying time. I LOVE my Ninja.

Hi!

I don't cook my cauliflower before ricing it. I use fresh cauliflower because I personally prefer the taste and texture but you can certainly use frozen if you prefer.

Happy to help!

You know I normally don't eat anything with raw eggs in it either, but when I made these today I licked the beaters and the bowl! Raw eggs and all!
