LOL sprinkled magic unicorn dust? God that just cracked me up. Do tell what that magic dust is? I sure would like to have some to spinkle on my morning coffee in the morning.

Has anyone made these ahead of time and froze them??..are they ok or does the consistency change too much after being thawed? Thank you

I have no experience with that recipe but I'm able to freeze my cheesecakes in portions. I can't eat one fast enough, so freezing portions ensures they don't go bad.

Hi, Christie! Welcome to LCF!

I love low carb, but without the cheesy, saucy goodness, I'd never stick to it. It's a blessing to have so many options to make this way of eating all the more palatable. I'm not even generally a chicken fan, but the image posted above is a recipe I could sink my teeth into--literally!

Congratulations on adopting a healthy eating plan!

Missouri, I bought some SF maple syrup from netrition. I want to try that on the french toast! It's pretty thin, but it could be thickened up with xanthan. Do you use syrup?

I tried a few recipes lat night and they were all A-1 fabulous! It makes me want to do even more.

I even learned to rice cauliflower, though I don't have the potato ricer thingie I managed to do it with my trusty food processor. One thing I really missed about Atkins was having a bed of rice to go with my stir fry and now I can!

Thank you all for the great suggestions. I can't wait to try some more.

Hi there! I use three things to rice:

1. a cheesegrater, or
2. the food processor or
3. my Ninja

I love having "rice" on hand and use it for everything, including pizza and bread sticks!

Wow, thanks! I guess I will need to get some more while it is on sale. Do you know if you can freeze it cooked or should I freeze it raw?

I use bagged, frozen (found in the grocer's freezer case) because it's available any time of the year and it's priced decently. That said, you could use raw cauliflower, too. If you have raw cauli, don't freeze it. It's better to make extra crusts, etc and freeze those instead.

I love this thread! I too made the chocolate chip cheesecake and it was delicious. I also tried the cauliflower bisque and it was just what I was looking for. I have really missed my potato soup and that was a perfect sub. It tasted so much like it my soup. Thank you all!!

Actually no, I just use butter and cinnamon...or once I mixed cream cheese, cinnamon and sf vanilla syrup and made like a little icing...its not very pretty but this is it...

Hi all...I am brand new, just wanted to say I found this forum by searching for low carb recipes and I'm glad I did. Lots of good ideas here and I'm looking forward to making a bunch after a quick Wally World trip today. Looking forward to spending some time here as well.
