Mix:
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 pks splenda ( or less us judgement to your desired sweetness)
1/4 cup sf vanilla syrup
1/4 cup almond sf syrup ( you dont need both syrups really, i just ran out of vanilla, and used this)

Then mix:
1 cup mashed pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Mix dry into wet and pour into sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 for 30-40 min. Let cool then frost.
Cream Cheese Walnut Frosting

4 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp softened butter
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp maple
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 packets splenda
splash sf vanilla syrup to desired consistency

Mix all together till smooth then and spread on bars!

Some others add waluts to icing, but I did not want the added carbs

Candice the pb/jam bars look delicious. I just looked at the recipe and it seems simple enough. I think I'll give the recipe a try. Thanks for posting.

it was really good.. and not to bad carb wise(but I'm in maintenance now.. so somedays go up to 60+ carbs).. I did add LOTS of meat and cheese.. so my servings were like 14 carb but not to bad after fiber taken off. I tired to find a lower carb sauce and the lowest I found was 9 carbs per 1/2 cup all the rest were like 11-15 carbs.
