Bake 350 for 30-40 min. Let cool then frost. Cream Cheese Walnut Frosting 4 oz softened cream cheese 2 tbsp softened butter 2 tbsp cream 1 tsp maple 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 packets splenda splash sf vanilla syrup to desired consistency Mix all together till smooth then and spread on bars! Some others add waluts to icing, but I did not want the added carbs

Candice the pb/jam bars look delicious. I just looked at the recipe and it seems simple enough. I think I'll give the recipe a try. Thanks for posting.

it was really good.. and not to bad carb wise(but I'm in maintenance now.. so somedays go up to 60+ carbs).. I did add LOTS of meat and cheese.. so my servings were like 14 carb but not to bad after fiber taken off. I tired to find a lower carb sauce and the lowest I found was 9 carbs per 1/2 cup all the rest were like 11-15 carbs.

We have parrots here.. so NO non stick in my home. Just wanted to share what I use. I actually just take a med size plastic up, you know those disposable one..like i used an old Starbucks on I got a iced coffee in
I just off the bottom and the top.. and just make a little plastic ring with it.. kinda like a ring mold. then set on cookie sheet, filled with oopsie mixture.. carefully pull up.. then move on to the next. .. easy.. and cheap |
