I've been on a Flat Out kick using up the wraps for various things. I just want to use them up since I technically am not on speaking terms with gluten.

Cleo - I've been on low-carb for over two years now and have never tried (or been tempted by) flat-out wraps but after seeing your yummy pizza I went out and bought some.
Can I freeze flat out wraps? Aqua - Your chicken milano looks really tasty. |

Cream Cheese Walnut Frosting
4 oz softened cream cheese ( room temp) 2 tbsp softened butter ( room temp) 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 tsp maple extract 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 pks splenda Splash sf vanilla syrup until you get desired consistency, I made mine thick like buttercream, but you could make it thin like glaze if you wish Mix all together till smooth then spread on COOLED bars....if bars are warm, it will melt..... |

that's so fun Jamie! how neat!
i'm new here, but have been reading a few days. i'm so intrigued by your recipes and how you just think it all up on your own, because i'm kindof cooking challenged. what's your story? did your mom cook a lot with you when you were a kiddo, etc? Very interested to know! that stromboli looks so super yummy and creative and i wanna try it when I can have grains! |

My mom wasn't much of a cook, and neither was my Dad's third wife, so I was on my own. I've never been much of a cook, either, which is why I found low carb to be perfect! Without a bunch of fussy ingredients, it's easy to make a great dish your family will love. I just think about the foods I miss most and keep trying at them until I find I'm happy with the results. Thanks for the kudos and welcome to LCF!
