Green Bean Lasagna Casserole - LowCarbFriends Recipes The pizzas really dont have a recipe, I used regular sized muffin tin, lined each cup with pepperoni's added a spoonful of marinara, shredded mozzarella, just enough so that without packing it they looked almost full. Sprinkled a few pieces of diced pepper on each and topped it with an additional slice of pepperoni. Bake for about 10-15 @ 400° until the look crispy. The "shell" didnt come out as crispy as I would have liked, they were eaten with a fork, but they were a HIT! Another idea I had for them instead of marinara would be to use alfredo, top with chicken, green onion and diced tomato. maybe make the "shell" with bacon instead of pepperoni for that one. ENJOY!!

The recipe the link takes you to is the halloween finger cracker one. Unless that is the same recipe and just a different version of how to use it.

Sure Carmen, I lined a muffin tin with pepperoni slices, I think about 4 or 5 per cup, about a tablespoon of marinara, a golf ball sized handfull of mozzarella, diced peppers sprinkled on each then topped them off with a slice of pepperoni on each. Bake at 400ş for about 15 mins or until just crispy. Let sit in the pan for about 5 mins or so and remove with a fork. They dont hold together too well but the longer they sit the better. Tonight I made them, I lined the cups with the pepperoni, tablespoon of alfredo, a few chunks of grilled chicken, top with the same amount of cheese as above, sprinkle with diced tomato and green onion. Makes a MUCH richer taste! |

I have lost so much over the years I should be dangling from a rear view mirror. I had gained back due to stress of working full-time with four kids and am now in the process of losing the weight again. I admit I haven't weighed myself lately. I'll have to check!
I am able to lose, though, because I eat only when hungry, know what my food intolerances are, and stay away from those problematic foods. I eat about 20-30 net, exercise and just treat low carb as a lifestyle. |

My kids help, but they're also really picky. I was on my own with stromboli-- yeah, it's made with a Flat Out wrap!
