![]() My first Low Carb meal!! It was a total mouth-gasm! I love steak and I love any diet that says I can have it ![]() This was some yummy steak fajitas over "rice" instead of tortillas! I just love the smells of fresh peppers cooking too! House still smells awesome! |

I had a mini crust this morning, topped with spinach, cheese, sun-dried tomato and more. It's so easy! Just top, broil for a couple minutes and it's breakfast.

Thanks so much, tulipsandroses! The crust is the cauliflower pizza crust recipe from my site. I take a recipe and split it into thirds for smaller rounds. Then I store those in the fridge and pull them out when I want a small pizza. There are so many ways to top them!

Thanks Cleo! I've been meaning to make some mini pizzas with the cauli crust. Haven't gotten around to it yet. Besides, with my son being home from college for the summer, I don't have to worry about eating too much of a whole pizza. He does that for me
When he's gone I'll be making some mini ones for myself though. |

Thanks Cleo
I always take that bit of extra care with presentation when I know I'll be posting on here. Otherwise, I'm just like 'SPLODGE' on the plate and it looks like a dog's dinner!Tasted better than it looked mmhmm |

I agree! There's a certain amount of delight I take in the extra effort. Though for me, I think it's a sickness. lol

sorry!
It's chocolate and vanilla cake with buttercream/marscapone frosting. Ingredients in the base - Atkins choc protein powder, eggs, cream, water, peanut butter, cream cheese, cocoa powder, baking powder, xylitol in the frosting - butter, marscapone, vanilla essence, xylitol It's really yum! I worked out 25.2g carbs for the whole cake, so a small slice shouldn't do too much damage |

OMG. Food porn indeed. I want that so bad. I wish we could buy those frozen in a box like Red Baron and diGiorno, it's just not fair

I love the cauliflower pizza crust and bread sticks so much! They're not hard to make and you can freeze both. Definitely try it! I know I just bought out the frozen cauliflower from the store yesterday.

![]() Flax cracker with strawberry cream cheese spread. The cracker: Simply mix 2 Tbsp flax seed meal with 1 Tbsp water + 1 Tbsp Davinci’s. Spread on a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Let cool. The spread: In a separate bowl, heat 1 ounce of cream cheese for 20 seconds. Add 1 Tbsp DaVinci’s syrup and mix. Spread on cracker. |
