the ingredients are oat fiber, wheat protein, egg white flax seed meal and wheat bran along with a bunch od vits and stuff

flaxseedmeal has some carbs that are not fiber in them about .78g per 2T wheat bran has carbs too about 1/3 of the amount will not be fiber so if it has 3 grams of wheat fiber then about 1 gram will be digestible fiber.

Without knowing how much is in there it is hard to tell if the actual carbs are so small they don't has up to 1 to show on your bread or something is off in their counting.

you can try it and see for yourself how it effects your weight loss.

Thank you 2Big4MySize

Good information...thanks. Keto stix still turn purple several hours after eating 3 slices! High calorie count, so I'll have to be careful. Didn't mean to gush about the bread, but it really is that good.

I hear you when I got a recipe from Nullomondo that recreated Osolo rols I was about as happy as you sound. the company without any warning just stopped making them so lots of low carbers who had been eating their bread were breadless again.

Keeps me in ketosis!!

I purchased an oat bran and a flax seed. After 3 slices, and 2 hours later I was still in ketosis!! The bread tastes wonderful!! I also made french toast with it in the morning, their sugar free syrup on top and WOW, it was a wonderful break from my usual egg breakfast. I recommend it!

hamburger buns not too bad

The zero carb hamburger buns are okay, not fantastic in my opinion but doesn't have that spongy, soy or cardboard taste of other zero carb bread. This helps me from falling off the low carb wagon. The money I save from not buying ice cream, cookies, pies, etc. can go toward stocking up on this great bread. I still don't know how it will ultimately effect weight. I loose very slowly. Will take several weeks to determine how much I can have.

Didn't want to start another thread. Someone please let me know if I'm on the right board. I'll eventually mosey on over to the Golden Years Board because I fit the criteria. I just wanted to post that I just tried Controlled Carb Gourmet's Zero Net Carb Rye Bread. That, too, is delicious. They've changed their recipe. It's just like bread you buy at the store, and larger slices than before. I absolutely cannot tell the difference between this bread and regular bread. It has less protein (6 grams) than Health Express (up to 16 grams). Just though I'd pass some good news along. I wish you all well!
